Youth council is an important part of dance4life.Consist of young and active agent4changes, the aim of dance4life youth council is to assist dance4life in growing the dance4life youth movement and to fulfill a leadership role within youth movements.
In 2010, the dance4life international youth council was officially launch to meet the following challenges in developing dance4life and involving and empowering young people:
- maintaining and increasing our relevance to youth globally; - facilitating their leadership of a global youth movement; - expanding our international network; and - bringing more young voices into the HIV and AIDS arena.
Every country is encouraged to set up a national youth council to expand youth network and further develop dance4life movement among youth.
